This document sets out the rules for using this website, an independent editorial resource that publishes reviews and commentary about the broker HFM for readers in Kenya. It covers how you may read and reuse the material published here, who may use the site, how links to other places work, and the limits of what we owe you. The document does not cover anything beyond the site itself. We are not the broker, we are not affiliated with the broker, and we do not operate as a financial services provider. Nothing here creates an account, processes a deposit, executes an order, or gives rise to any client relationship with us. Any dealings you have with the broker or with any other third party are governed by that party's own terms, not by this document.
How may the editorial material be used, and how may it not be used?
You may read, share and quote short extracts of our articles for personal, non-commercial use, provided the meaning is not distorted and the source is credited with a working link to the original page. This kind of fair quoting is welcome and needs no further permission.
You may not copy whole articles or substantial parts of them, republish them on another site, feed them into a paid product, or present them as your own work. You may not alter our text and publish the altered version under our name or in a way that suggests we said something we did not say. Who may use the site, and from where?
The site is intended for adults who are able to enter into binding agreements under the law that applies to them. It is written with readers in Kenya in mind, but we make no claim that the content or the site itself is appropriate or lawful in every country.
